THE REASONS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT

The idea of this organization is born out of the passion to:

·         Bring like-minded people together

·         Create an avenue for people to get their ideas to the world through the power of pen

·         Reduce the burden of writing, publishing and getting results

·         Empowering and creating the awareness of the potential trapped within

·         Connect with positive oriented people

·         Create good resources for write up

·         Have one family network

·         Fosters reading culture throughout the country

·         Broaden the minds of our ultimate users to opportunities around the globe

HOW THE FOUNDATION WORKS

§  The foundation will set out when we have at least two people from the sections.

§  The foundation will invite the members of the public in fund raising for projects of the foundation, provided if the liquidity of the foundation is low, through this, we can raise funds. Those funds are 100% tax-deductible by the provision of 501 (c)(3).

§  The foundation will offer both online and offline seminars for training the potential writer and writers who want to improve their skills.

§  The foundation will always hold quarter yearly general discussions to foster the relationship between members and hold monthly meetings with the members of Trustee.

§  The foundation will operate with the mails (Yahoo & Gmail)

§  The foundation will run whole and other project bank account.

MEMBERSHIP

Anyone who supports the aims of the foundation and participates in its activities.

-pay an amount of 1,000 as commitment fees (once)

-pay an amount of 200 for the form and maintenance (yearly)

-payment of member’s subscription 1,000 (every three months)

A signed and authenticated form must be filled by members and obtain all necessary documents and files. The Foundation’s secretary will filed the form of the members and group accordingly to the four organs (tustee, volunteer, employee and officers)

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

o   A membership right may be terminated when they have not paid any membership due for more than 9months.

o   A member is liable to be dismissed if contravene any of the policy and run the risk of legal action being taken against.

o   If a member goes against our core values, maybe not being absolute with the foundation and its objective to which it was formed.

A terminated, dismissed or resigned members will not have any access or obligation to the Foundation and name or other means of identification will be erased from the foundation’s archive.

If it is deem fit to keep the records, the secretary will file and documents those contacts.
